How Can I Track My Order? 

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. In some cases, the tracking information will only be provided up until the package leaves. From there, please plan an additional 6-10 business days before delivery. 

How Do i Change Or Cancel My Order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

We may be able to cancel or Change your order if it has not already been sent out.

What is your returns policy?
You have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us if you wish to exchange an item or simply return it for a full refund, less the original delivery charge. 
To return an item, please attach the returns slip enclosed with your purchase and attach to the outer packaging. Simply return your parcel to the post office making sure to get a proof of postage.

Why My Order Cancelled?

In some cases we are unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order may be automatically be cancelled. If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, please create a new order using the correct billing address.

How long does it take to receive a parcel?

Delivery is typically via royal mail 1st class signed for , or  DHL  can take between 2-3 working days.
